Scope of Position
This position, under general direction of the Site Manager, leads his/her team(s) to perform all aspects of support for the Operations & Maintenance department. The Lead Technician will also assist the site manager with site reports, and other written and verbal communications between the site and the Management Team, customers, vendors, etc.
Responsibilities
Primary responsibility is to perform the duties of a technician. Takes a lead role to assist the Site Manager in the execution of daily work as needed. Help team(s) in execution of work plans to schedule. Assists the Site Manager with creating/reviewing/approving Work Requests, also assist with performing TECO transactions as necessary.
