Our Client, a HVAC and Refrigeration Organization company, is looking for a Lead Warehouse Technician for their supply store in Anchorage, AK location.
Responsibilities:
Key point of contact for customers visiting our Client Supply stores. Helping customers resolve parts or equipment issues and ensuring they receive high quality solutions quickly and accurately. This hybrid position combines both Customer Sales Associate and Warehouse Associate responsibilities. Provide customer support by identifying solutions and ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Partner with customers to grow sales by recommending related or complementary products. Utilize basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel. Use Salesforce as needed (experience is helpful but not required). Process customer orders and handle inquiries, questions, or concerns related to Parts and Supply offerings.
