One of the most customer dissatisfying experiences as a vehicle owner is a part or system failure early in a vehicle’s life. If you have a commitment to customers, move with urgency and a desire to win in the marketplace, then this is the position for you. As a Lead Warranty Performance Manager for RESS, you will be responsible for establishing the supplier’s shared warranty cost and financial recovery. Our efforts instantaneously impact General Motors bottom line. You will actively participate in developing strategies, negotiations, executing regional warranty budgets, and collaborating with the suppliers and stakeholders with a specific focus on Reserve Energy Storage Systems (RESS). This role involves a significant amount of initiative, analytical work, and independent judgment. Becoming a subject matter expert is a requirement of the role, either technical or commercial in nature.
