Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for planning, organizing, motivating and supervising the activities of a 15 to 25 union employees on the day shift.
- You will assume all the human resources management responsibilities.
- You will have to coordinate quality support to the production teams.
- You will have to identify, do the documentation and standardize the key process to achieve the objectives and share the good practice of the organization.
