Job Description We are looking for Leadership Associate Trainer to design and deliver impactful learning experiences for leaders and professionals across industries. You will leverage your corporate leadership background to engage participants in meaningful conversations about leadership, culture, and change-bridging theory with real-world business insight. Develop and deliver leadership programs, executive learning sessions and transformation workshops for mid- to senior-level corporate audiences. Facilitate strategic dialogues, leadership reflections and experiential learning activities that challenge perspectives and drive behavioural change and engagement. Support organizations in executing leadership and cultural transformation initiatives through learning and facilitation.
