Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborating closely with colleagues and clients to deliver high-quality, bespoke leadership and management development programmes.
- Supporting cohorts of junior, middle and senior managers through a blend of delivery, coaching, and qualification, e.g. both in-person and virtually.
- Creating interventions that engage, challenge, and support individual managers, while meeting client organisational goals.
Requirements
Qualifications
- A qualification in Leadership/Management and/or significant experience in a management role.
- A qualification in psychology – potentially with experience of organisational and/or business psychology.
Coaching qualification and experience – such as ICF‑accredited coach (ACC / PCC / MCC) or an EMCC / AC accredited coach.
