What’s The Role:
We’re seeking an experienced Leading Hand / Forklift Operator to join our Afternoon Shift team. This is a hands-on role responsible for leading a small team of five employees while actively supporting daily forklift and freight operations.
This fast-paced operation manages up to 30–40 trucks per shift, requiring strong leadership, coordination, and a safety-first approach.
