Job Description
The Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (MBB) is a senior process improvement leader responsible for driving enterprise wide transformation across an organization of approximately 6,000 employees. The incumbent must have the following experience and capabilities:
Lead and execute large scale, cross functional transformation programs (track record with impact on productivity, quality, customer experience etc)
Train and mentor Black and Green Belts on live projects (practical and contextual use of LEAN Six Sigma tools)
Possesses prior business leadership experience (e.g., Sales, Operations, HR, Supply Chain, Finance)
Key Responsibilities:
Identify high impact improvement opportunities aligned to enterprise strategy and goal (e.g. cycle time and quality improvements, commercial transformation etc)
Translate high impact improvement opportunities into a prioritized project portfolio
