As Captain, you’ll command safe, efficient, and on‑time operations while delivering an exceptional passenger experience. You’ll set the tone for professionalism on the flight deck, uphold regulatory compliance, and lead with calm, decisive judgement.
- Plan and execute flights in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory standards
- Lead the crew with strong CRM, mentorship, and clear communication
- Oversee performance, fuel, weather, and alternates for every sector
- Champion safety and SMS culture while maintaining impeccable airmanship
- Represent the brand with a customer‑first approach and polished service
Minimum Requirements
- Total Time: 2,500 hours
- Jet Time: 500 hours
- In‑Type (Learjet 45/LR‑45): 100 hours
- Type Rating: Learjet 45 (required)
- License Required: ATPL
- Accepted Licenses: ANAC (Brazil)
- Medical: Class 1
