Job Description
This role reports to the **Manager of Learning and Development** and is primarily responsible for conducting training and development needs analysis, designing and developing digital learning content, and implementing training initiatives that address assessed needs. The role plays a critical part in building future‑ready capabilities within the organization through enterprise‑wide e‑learning development and modern instructional design methodologies.
The **Learning and Development Consultant** takes the lead in digital content creation, e‑learning development, and the application of adult learning principles.
