Responsibilities
- Identify and assess future and current learning needs of the organization through training needs analysis, job analysis, and other data-related output.
- Deploy a wide variety of training methods.
- Monitor and evaluate learning effectiveness.
- Identify ROI of learning interventions.
- Manage training budget.
- Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments, and right practices.
- Identify and manage training vendors.
- Develop and design curriculum and modules to facilitate learning needs of the organization.
- Create training programs that include web-based seminars, group sessions, training videos, and other advancements in training delivery.
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of managing operations preferably in L&OD space.
