Qualifications A bachelor’s degree or diploma and five to seven years of training experience, or a similar combination of education and experience. At least three to five years experience as a Skills Development Facilitator. A National Certificate in ODETDP (Occupationally Directed Education and Training Development Practices) would be an advantage. Accreditation as Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator is required.
