Job Description
We are looking for a Learning and Talent Management Specialist who will take the lead in designing, delivering, and evaluating competency-based L&D programs. You will partner with internal stakeholders and external providers to align learning solutions with business goals—empowering our teams and strengthening our culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement competency frameworks (core, leadership, functional)
- Conduct and analyze assessments to build Individual Development Plans (IDPs)
- Use tools like surveys, interviews, and data analysis to identify skills gaps
- Validate and align learning needs with business priorities
- Develop learning materials across formats (face-to-face, virtual, eLearning, simulations)
