To ensure our branch associates are provided the foundation to be successful in their career at the branches, UMB has transitioned a handful of our branches within the footprint to function as Learning Branches. Within the Learning Branch, our **Learning Branch Personal Bankers** not only function as the traditional Personal Banker, but their primary focus to provide on-site training, mentoring, modeling and support to our new branch associates.
