Learning Capability Specialist
This role focuses on driving the design and implementation of differentiated learning solutions within Johnson & Johnson’s Healthcare division, based in Mexico City, Bogotá, or São Paulo.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, design, and pilot innovative learning solutions that address capability gaps beyond standard programs (e.g., AI‑enabled learning, advanced assessment models, new engagement formats).
- Evaluate emerging trends, methodologies, and technologies in L&D and recommend adoption where they can elevate impact.
- Partner with Learning Strategy Managers (Field & Value Teams) to translate strategic priorities into differentiated approaches that go beyond traditional content delivery.
- Design scalable frameworks, tools, and methodologies that can be adopted across areas and countries.
