As part of the Human Resources function, the Learning and Development team provides the organization with the learning and performance support needed to meet business objectives by creating simple, innovative and effective training and performance solutions.
What You Will Do
- Lead the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of eLearning, workshops, social learning, and other training materials.
- Provide technical support for the learning management system.
- Create interactive and engaging instructional materials and performance support tools for synchronous and asynchronous education.
