YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES IN THIS ROLE
· Design and deliver cutting-edge security awareness training content that changes behavior and reinforces a positive security culture including e-learning modules, training presentations, system simulations, instructor-led materials, and quick reference guides.
· Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE), adult learning theories, design thinking, UX principles and creative design techniques to develop engaging, learner-centric content and experiences.
· Design and develop engaging and interactive e-learning modules, videos, and other multimedia content.
· Create storyboards, scripts, user guides, job aids, and other multimedia content for security training.
