Job scope: a. Learning Programme Sourcing and Curation Identify suitable courses to strengthen core communications competencies for communications officers Source, curate and package communications modules and training materials from external providers Maintain and update the Comms Powerup! resource (listing of training courses according to competencies and proficiency levels) b. Webinar Coordination and Execution Coordinate and execute communications-focused webinars, including identifying industry practitioners, speaker management and logistics Manage end-to-end coordination of webinar activities and follow-up c. Learning Calendar and Marketing Coordinate the annual calendar of learning activities, including design and publicity on a quarterly basis Develop marketing initiatives to generate awareness of training offerings among communications officers d.
