The InterContinental Dubai Marina Hotel & Residences is a Five Star luxury hotel & residence in the heart of Dubai Marina with 328 rooms and residence suites, flexible event space and restaurants & bars. We are seeking a Learning & Development Manager who will drive the learning strategy throughout the property.
Responsibilities
- Lead the hotel’s Learning & Development strategy, ensuring alignment with IHG brand standards, business objectives, and talent development priorities.
