Design & Deliver Training: Develop, implement, and facilitate regional training programs (leadership, functional, and soft skills) across APAC, in both English and Mandarin. Regional Alignment: Work with HQ stakeholders, local HR and business leaders to identify training needs and ensure consistency of learning standards across APAC. Innovation in Learning: Introduce blended learning solutions (classroom, digital, and experiential) to fit different country contexts.
