A leading international iGaming organisation is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join its People team, designing and supporting the delivery of learning, capability development, and performance enablement across a large corporate technology environment.
This role is squarely focused on Learning & Development execution. It is not an HR Manager or HR Business Partner role. The business is looking for a solid, hands‑on L&D specialist who can implement, coordinate, track, and embed learning initiatives that directly support performance, leadership readiness, and long‑term capability.
