Learning Experience Architect

Sanlam Limited in Bellville is seeking a Training Practitioner to ensure staff are functionally trained and competent for their roles. The ideal candidate will design effective learning solutions, consult with stakeholders, and facilitate onboarding and continuous upskilling initiatives.

This role demands experience in training assessments and a solid understanding of REMS operations. Applicants must hold a Matric and have 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within Sanlam.
