We are recruiting a Learning Mentor to support pupils with engagement and learning within a secondary school.
Key Responsibilities
Support pupils with learning and organisation
Encourage positive attitudes to learning
Deliver small group interventions
Monitor progress and engagement
Work closely with teaching staff
Skills & Experience
Experience supporting learning is desirable
Positive and motivational approach
Strong communication skills
