Job Title: Learning Operations / Learning & Development Specialist
Experience supporting Learning & Development / HR Operations / Education Services. Exposure to professional certification programs preferred. Prior offshore or shared services delivery experience is an advantage.
Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, People Operations / Learning workflows, and SAP/LMS platforms is preferred.
Experience: At least 2-years' experience as a Learning Operations Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Set up initial Item Settings and Class Settings in the Global Learning Management System (GLMS).
- Generate attendance codes and configure program finance settings.
- Manage ILT and program registrations, including participant and facilitator invites.
