Job Summary:The Learning Practitioner will ensure high-impact, child-centred learning experiences and drive the academic coaching programme component in improving educational outcomes and long-term social mobility. You will translate programme design into practice by providing on-site guidance, coaching, and hands-on support to volunteer mentors, promoting quality, consistency and innovation in delivery.
Key responsibilities include implementing targeted learning strategies, offering real-time coaching to volunteers, and supporting the development and effective use of Individualised Learning Plans (ILPs) tailored to each child.
