Job Description
Support the delivery of learning programs and initiatives
Develop and maintain learning materials and digital resources
Generate reports, dashboards, and engagement insights
Monitor learning effectiveness and recommend improvements
Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders on capability-building initiatives
Facilitate virtual or in-person learning activities when needed
Open to fresh graduates and early-career professionals
Background or exposure to HR, L&D, instructional design, analytics, or learning systems is an advantage
Strong communication, organization, analytical, and collaboration skills
Comfortable using digital tools, spreadsheets, and learning platforms
