Our client is seeking an experienced Learning Solutions Architect to join their Learning & Development team in a unique, hands-on role focused on operational excellence and capability development. About the Role Reporting to the Head of Learning & Development, this national role works closely with operational leadership teams and support functions to identify capability gaps, map workflows, and design learning interventions that improve performance and customer outcomes. The successful candidate will combine business analysis, process improvement, learning design, facilitation, and change management expertise to create learning solutions that are practical, scalable, and aligned to business objectives.
