Responsibilities
- Lead discovery efforts to understand learning needs, performance gaps, and business context through stakeholder conversations and data review
- Translate business and performance needs into clear learning objectives, design requirements, and design briefs
- Design high-quality learning solutions across multiple modalities, including instructor-led, virtual, digital, and on-the-job learning
- Apply adult learning principles to create learner-centered experiences that support engagement and retention
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to extract knowledge and translate technical expertise into usable content
- Ensure learning solutions maintain a consistent enterprise brand, tone, and design quality
