We’re working with supportive schools who are looking for a Learning Support Assistants to work with pupils with autism. It’s about building trust, creating consistency, and helping each child feel safe enough to learn.
What your day might look like:
- Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
- Helping children manage routines and transitions
- Using clear, simple communication to support understanding
- Creating a calm, structured environment where pupils can thrive
- Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to adapt learning
