We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school in Rochdale.

The successful candidate will work closely with students, teachers, and the SEN department to help pupils achieve their full potential both academically and personally.
The Role:
- Supporting students in lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Providing one-to-one and small group support where required
- Assisting students with additional learning needs
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Supporting classroom teachers with lesson activities and behaviour management
