Learning Support Assistant – SEN School
An inclusive specialist provision in Gateshead is recruiting a Learning Support Assistant to join their experienced team.
Supporting pupils aged 4–16, you will play a key role in helping learners overcome barriers to education while promoting their social, emotional and academic development.
Key Duties:
- Supporting pupils throughout the school day
- Assisting with differentiated learning activities
- Helping pupils develop confidence and resilience
- Promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation
- Building strong relationships with pupils and staff
