Learning Support Coordinator, Southern
1 × Position, Permanent, Full‑time 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week)
Start July / August 2026
Based in a Southern Regional Office: Christchurch, Dunedin, Invercargill or Queenstown
We’re looking for an experienced educator who is passionate about inclusion, equity, and ensuring every learner has the support they need to succeed.
As a Learning Support Coordinator, you will work across early childhood, primary, and secondary contexts. Your focus will be on ensuring ākonga who need learning support are identified early, supported effectively, and able to participate, progress, and move confidently through their learning journey.
Coordinating learning support
- Identify ākonga who would benefit from additional support
- Coordinate appropriate interventions and specialist services
- Ensure support is timely, well‑planned, and responsive to need
