Job Responsibilities Overall Responsibilities Facilitate appropriate identification and provision of support to preschool children with mild developmental difficulties within the preschool setting
Provide direct support in developmental areas of language, literacy, social skills, and fine motor skills of children who are identified to be at risk of developmental delays and require more individualized and targeted learning approaches, to be more participative and engaged in the regular classrooms
To further promote collaboration with preschool to maximize learning potential of children who are at risk or may have developmental needs
Principal Responsibilities Conduct region-based programme awareness through preschool principal and teachers' briefings
Support preschools in identification process of children at risk of/or having developmental delays
