One of our clients is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Lease Administrator to join our dynamic commercial real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate lease administration , with proven experience managing CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations and ensuring accurate financial reporting. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, a deep understanding of lease terms and accounting principles, and the ability to collaborate effectively with property management, accounting, and asset management teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, interpret, and maintain lease documents, abstracts, and amendments in the lease administration database.
