Job Description
- At least 3 years' experience as a People Manager or equivalent Leadership capacity in a BPO or Shared Services setup
- At least 3-5 years' experience in Lease Accounting, e.g., fixed assets, capital assets, accruals, prepaids, intercompany
- Lease software experience is a plus
- Well versed in IFRS 16, ASC 606 and ASC 842
- Prior experience in any of the following: JDE, BlackLine, AS400, Navision
- Amenable to work permanent night shift schedules (US hours)
- Will follow temporary WFH setup but must be amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City once required to RTO
