Job Description
- Provide administrative and coordination support to Leasing Consultants and Property Managers.
- Compile, verify, and submit complete leasing application packs to head office, including FICA documentation.
- Support lease generation, vetting, affordability assessments, and lease renewals.
- Manage and respond to incoming leasing enquiries and log all leads accurately.
- Distribute, track, and follow up on leasing leads to ensure deal progression.
- Maintain and update leasing trackers, vacancy schedules, and reporting tools.
- Ensure accuracy of broker databases and online property listings across platforms.
- Support broker engagement activities, including events and relationship coordination.
- Monitor listing performance and flag inconsistencies or issues.
- Provide general administrative support across leasing and portfolio activities.
