Role Overview
We are looking for experienced Rental Agents to join our leasing team, with a preference for agents who are DAMAC-specialized. This is a commission‑only role, ideal for driven agents who want access to strong landlord sources, DAMAC‑managed inventory, and full backend support.
Key Responsibilities- Responsible for sourcing units, listing properties, and servicing tenants end-to-end, from inquiry to Ejari.
- Source rental units and onboard landlords
- List properties on portals and internal systems
- Handle tenant inquiries, viewings, negotiations, and closings
- Work closely with DAMAC Property Managed units and leasing inventory
- Provide professional customer service throughout the leasing process
- Access to DAMAC landlord databases and sourcing channels
