Job Description
The Leasing and Secondary Sales Associate handles end-to-end leasing and secondary sales activities, including tenant inquiries, unit viewings, negotiations, contract processing, and move-in/move-out coordination. The role is also responsible for achieving leasing and secondary sales targets, ensuring proper documentation, and maintaining high levels of customer service and occupancy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Entertains prospective tenants and conducts viewing of available units.
- Ensures that individual monthly quota is attained; ensures that assigned units are shown and leased out.
- Implements and participates in marketing strategies to increase occupancy, retention, and resident satisfaction.
- Engages in secondary sales activities (e.g., upselling available units, add-on services, and other property-related offerings) to maximize revenue opportunities.
