Job Description
- Record daily financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, and payments)
- Maintain and update general ledger accounts
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Issue invoices and track collections
- Prepare basic financial reports (income statement, expenses, cash flow)
- Maintain organized financial records and supporting documents
- Assist in payroll preparation and government remittances (if applicable)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
- Coordinate with management, auditors, or external accountants as needed
