Job Responsibilities- Plan and execute the overall leasing strategy for the mall, including mall positioning, tenant mix, and occupancy management.
- Manage the full leasing cycle including prospecting, site viewings, negotiations, and finalization of lease term.
- Prepare, review, and ensure timely execution of lease agreements, renewals, and all related documentation.
- Conduct market research to keep abreast of retail market and trend.
- Monitor billing and financial transactions to ensure payments in time and coordinate with the Accounts Department on overdue or outstanding payments.
