Leasing Division Head
A well-established, leading retail brand in South Africa is looking for a dynamic individual to head up the leasing division based in Gqeberha.
You must be a strong negotiator who can secure sustainable leases for the relevant franchised stores nationwide.
Requirements:
- Matric
- Relevant Bachelor's degree would be advantageous
- Valid Driver's License with own car
- Sound knowledge of leasing and lease agreements
- Minimum 5 years experience in lease negotiations with high-level landlords in SA
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all leasing functions, including reviewing and negotiating lease transactions and agreements
- Liaise with tenants regarding negotiations and leasing concerns
- Prepare and update leasing schedules
