Job Description
We are seeking a lease-up all-star! The Leasing Specialist will be responsible for community outreach, real estate broker relations and events, converting traffic to leases, touring and closing prospects, meeting leasing goals, and accurately and rapidly processing applications. The role of Leasing Specialist is to achieve the success of lease-ups and maintain maximum occupancy and serves the special function of being the front line with future residents, setting the standard for customer service.
This role will be based at our newest property, Sanctuary at Cross Keys, a 330 unit apartment community nestled in Baltimore's upscale Roland Park neighborhood in the Village of Cross Keys. Located right off of I-83 and less than 15 minutes to downtown Baltimore.
