On Site Job Deployment Location: Lancaster New City, Imus, Cavite.

Job Summary

The Leasing Staff is the person responsible in assisting the Leasing manager administratively (i.e. preparing reports and meeting with clients, documentation filing and monitoring of rentals). The position also handles tenant prospecting and assist tenant on concerns/issues. The position also strictly monitors billing and collection activities for tenants.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Leasing Manager administratively (prepare reports, meet with clients, document filing, monitoring of rentals).
  • Handle tenant prospecting and assist tenants on concerns/issues.
  • Strictly monitor billing and collection activities for tenants.

Qualifications

  • Educational Attainment: Graduate of any Business related course or equivalent.
  • Work Experience: Fresh graduates or with at least 1 year of related work experience....
