Job Description
Responsibilities
- Undergraduate teaching in the theoretical programme.
- Coordinating a year group in the practice education programme.
- Postgraduate supervision.
- Research and publication.
- Participating in own and departmental social impact activities.
- Administrative tasks associated with the mentioned duties.
Qualifications
- PhD in social work, or proof of registration for a PhD at an advanced stage of completion.
- Registration with the South African Council for Social Service Professions.
- Proof of accredited research publications and conference presentations.
- Relevant practice experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of the BSW Standards of the Social Work Curriculum in South Africa as stipulated by the CHE.
