What the role is:
Lecturer / Senior Lecturer (Veterinary Technology)
What you will be working on:- Design, develop, review, and deliver Continuing Education and Training (CET) programmes (both full qualifications and short courses) in veterinary-related disciplines such as animal care, veterinary nursing, animal behaviour and training.
- Develop training materials, including lesson plans, slides, assessments, and practical guides.
- Identify emerging industry trends and opportunities to develop new CET courses and programmes.
- Adopt innovative and learner-centric teaching methodologies, including blended and experiential learning approaches.
- Design and develop e-learning content, including microlearning modules.
- Monitor and evaluate course satisfaction and performance.
- Implement improvements to enhance learning outcomes and participant experience.
