What The Role Is Lecturer / Senior Lecturer (Veterinary Technology) What You Will Be Working On Design, develop, review, and deliver Continuing Education and Training (CET) programmes (both full qualifications and short courses) in veterinary–related disciplines such as animal care, veterinary nursing, animal behaviour and training. Develop training materials, including lesson plans, slides, assessments, and practical guides Identify emerging industry trends and opportunities to develop new CET courses and programmes Adopt innovative and learner-centric teaching methodologies, including blended and experiential learning approaches Design and develop e-learning content, including microlearning modules Monitor and evaluate course satisfaction and performance Implement improvements to enhance learning outcomes and participant experience Coordinate pre-semester planning, including timetabling, resource allocation, and course setup Support course promotion activities
