Lecturer:
Masters in either Marine Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. All underpinning qualifications must be in Marine Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. At least 2-years relevant teaching experience in higher education and/or 2-years industrial experience in Maritime . Seagoing Certificate of Competency Class 1 or Class 2 or EOW A minimum of 12 months' sea time after the date of issue of the CO, in rank as 2nd Engineer. A registration with a relevant professional body is recommended. Junior Lecturer:
A Postgraduate Diploma /Bachelor of Engineering Technology (Honours) /PG Dip/ NHD /BTech degree in Marine Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
