Job Description
Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance to the BMA, including its management team, departments, and employees. Interpret and analyse laws, regulations, contracts, and other legal documents relevant to the organization's operations. Assist in the development and implementation of legal strategies, policies, and procedures. Advise on the legality and implications of proposed policies, procedures, and initiatives. Monitor and analyse changes in legislation, regulations, and policies affecting the BMA. Conduct legal research to ensure alignment with relevant laws and regulations. Identify potential legal risks, propose mitigation strategies, and contribute to the development of new legislation and policies. Provide Legal Opinions. Review and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, memoranda of understanding, legislation and other legal instrumentts.
