Requirements
- LLB Degree
- Well versed in construction contracts including NEC (New Engineering Contract), FIDIC (International Federation of Consulting Engineers)
- Exposure to bespoke construction contracts
- Proven experience in construction law
- Experience within the renewable energy sector
Key Responsibilities
Legal & Commercial Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice within the business in line with group legal policies
- Negotiate commercial and legal agreements with clients and suppliers
- Draft, review and negotiate agreements
- Review customer and supplier agreements and identify associated risks
- Identify and minimise commercial risks in new and existing agreements
