Duties & Responsibilities
- Draft and review commercial contracts, legal opinions, and close-out reports.
- Conduct legal due diligence for innovation programmes and funding applications.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
- Support and mentor legal team members to ensure quality and compliance.
- Contribute to the development of legal frameworks, guidelines, and internal controls.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and represent Legal Services on relevant committees.
